What tools are used in class?
Classes are via Zoom. My suggestion is to do them from a computer, it will be more comfortable when doing the interactive activities.
For class management, we use Google Classroom, where you will have all your materials, calendars, and reminders. If you prefer other types of platforms, we can discuss that.
All materials, websites and interactive exercises to be used will be stored there. You can access them at all times. Among the materials, you will have a PDF with a grammatical and vocabulary summary so that you can print it out and have it with you at all times.
The materials created are protected by intellectual property rights. It is not allowed to share, modify or upload them to other platforms.
How does a class work?
Usually, we start the session chatting a bit, as a warm-up. Then, we go over what we saw in the previous class. After that, we start with a new subject or activity, and we do some practice exercises on the topic we have seen. Finally, we do a small oral exercise to practice what we've learned.
Which are the payment methods?
The preferred payment method is Paypal. Although payments can also be made by credit card. However, this last option will present a small surcharge to cover the transaction cost.
Can a class be canceled or rescheduled?
Sure! If you cannot attend, you must cancel at least 10 hours in advance. Cancellations will be by email or text message. If for any reason, you do not show up for class, and you didn't give notice, the class will be considered as held.
Do packages expire?
The validity of the packages depends on the package you sign up for. If you acquire the 1-session bundle (green) you must use it within the contracted month. If you get the package of 5 sessions (red) you must use it within three months of purchasing. If you get the bundle of 10 sessions (yellow) you must use it within five months of contracting.
What do we do in the trial class?
The trial class is approximately 30-45 minutes long. There we will meet, we will establish your level of Spanish (if you have studied before) through some activities that will give you an idea of what the classes are like. In addition, we will discuss what your goals and interests are. We will also agree on administrative details.

How does it work?
We have a chat to determine your goals and interests and see what Spanish level you are at and what level you want to reach. We talk about your expectations, availability, etc.
